At Zen-O₂, we want our clients to feel comfortable and confident when purchasing session packages. If you find that our mild hyperbaric oxygen sessions are not the right fit for you, we are happy to review refund requests under the following policy.

Refund Eligibility: Package purchases may be eligible for a refund upon request.

Sessions Already Used: If any sessions from a package have been used, those sessions will be deducted from the refund at the regular single-session rate, not the discounted package rate.

Example: If a package was purchased at a discounted rate and some sessions have already been used, the value of those sessions will be calculated using the standard individual session price and deducted from the original purchase amount before a refund is issued.

Payment Processing Fees: Any non-refundable credit card or payment processing fees incurred at the time of purchase will be deducted from the refund amount.

Unused Packages: If no sessions have been used, the package purchase may be refunded in full minus any applicable non-refundable payment processing fees.

How to Request a Refund: Refund requests must be submitted directly to Zen-O₂ staff within the eligible refund window. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Recommendation: For new clients, we recommend trying a single mild hyperbaric oxygen session before purchasing a package to ensure the experience is a good fit for you.
